Putting the story together

I spoke to the manager of the hostel that dad lives (or used to live) in. We pieced together the following chronology:
Friday 7 March
Dad begins to take Serapax to reduce his agitation.Friday 4 April
Dad is taken to visit mum at her section. This is when the 'incident' occurred. I still do not know who has a record of this incident, or who was there at the time. I was told today that mum and dad had an argument, that dad was upsetting her. The staff at mum's place called those at dad's place and asked them to take him away.
Who saw it? What actually happened? Who called dad's place and what did they say? Who took the call at dad's place and how did they record it? Is this even relevant? We do not know.
Monday 7 April
The staff at dad's place note that dad had grown increasingly confused over the weekend, but he nevertheless goes to the day care centre in the village.
Tuesday 8 April
The staff start to administer Zyprexa to dad. The ostensible reason for this is to diminish dad's recent heightened confusion and agitation. My understanding is that the Serapax, started on 7 March, stops.Wednesday 9 April
Again, dad attends the day care centre, but falls asleep in a chair and slides out of it. Rachel sees dad on this day and is surprised at how zombiefied he is. That evening dad has a fall.
Thursday 10 April
Dad's records note the fall the previous evening and say that he has grown increasingly unsteady since receiving Zyprexa, and is now unable to feed himself. His GP is called, and dad is admitted to hospital that afternoon.
Monday 14 April
At Greg's insistence, the Zyprexa is stopped.
Tuesday 15 April
There is improvement in dad's speech, motor control, and level of consciousness.
Saturday 19 April
Dad repeatedly tries to get out of bed during the night, and so the medications intended to keep him docile are restarted.
